| Yes, We deliver to BFPO address, VAT FREE, providing we have received an official letter head from the Commanding Officer to verify that person is entitles to VAT FREE purchases |

| Do We Supply Vat Reclaim Forms? |
| When purchasing goods to be exported abroad by the purchaser we can supply a VAT Reclaim Form on application |

| Do we deliver to Unlisted Destinations? |
| We will email you with the delivery charges for any unlisted destination after an order has been placed or alternatively e.mail us or ring for a price |

| Where goods can be delivered using normal uk postage the delivery charge will be reduced to reflect this method of delivery |

| Oversea Destinations |
| On all oversea's deliveries, please note that Divers Warehouse cannot be held responsible for the payment of any Import Duties/Taxes, etc.On all oversea's deliveries VAT will be deducted from the order total after the order has been placed and before the order is despatched. |

| What if I am shopping on-line from outside the UK? |
| We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars/Euros or your own currency. |

| How much will delivery be? |
| Small items may be sent by standard post and can cost less Big Orders/Items can cost more, but when you order on-line you will be given a Postage price if your destination is listed. For those destinations not please apply for price. |

| What happens if I order and my goods are not in stock? |
| If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we can not back order your goods, we will let you know. If any money has been paid then this shall be refunded immediately. |
